I wouldn’t expect to ever write a positive review for a car dealership of all places, but the service here was worthy of mentioning. We bought a car from here almost a year ago and at the time it had a patch of paint missing on the trunk, I asked if we could get the paint repair added as part of the sale, and got it in writing. A year goes by and we finally get around to bringing it in, not only do they honor their agreement (which they also kept a copy of in writing), but they also repaired sun damage from the side door panels which had warped from heat stemming from a window reflection. Obviously poor design from Honda; the dealership didn’t have to repair this, but did so anyway out of good will. Never thought I’d be so happy about going to a dealership for repairs. Service was also quick and efficient.

Happy Honda Customer! Was in the market for a decent used car for my mother. We looked at a couple and unfortunately they were outside of her price range. Carlos reached out to us regarding a new addition to their used inventory, we went and took a look and the car was in great condition! Carlos was patient as I asked him a ton of questions and he put us at ease. We went home happy customers. 10/10 recommend working with Carlos and the entire Capitol Honda team!

It is difficult buying a car in these times, and the shortage of materials and services not only affected the availability of vehicles, but dealership operations as well. I was met with fantastic service at Capitol Honda from Billy Bui, who made the process so easy from start to finish. He was so patient and helpful with my questions during my search process and was quick with responding to my messages with helpful answers to my many questions. I was able to find, test drive, and purchase my vehicle in a fairly short period of time and didn't feel like anything was left out or rushed. I love my vehicle and a big part of that was the great experience of the purchasing process. Thank you Billy and Capitol Honda!

Working with Capitol Honda was great! I worked with Josh and he was so attentive and patient in answering my thousand questions. I was really specific with the truck that I wanted and he got me just that. Lucky in financing was a pleasure to work with. Alexis also was very kind and quick to step up to help us. Overall, I would recommend anyone to go visit them for your next car purchase. I am in love with my 2022 Honda Pilot black edition :D

I would recommend calling them it's probably easier than asking people that don't know other people's business hours
Get battery from CVS and change yourself. Will be way cheaper.
