I called today to get information about detox programs they may have available. The administration main line was answered by the rudest person I've ever encountered. One thing I can say after being on this merry go round is that rudeness is the backbone of each of these facilities. Each one will say I'm different, but they aren't. You get more flies with honey than vinegar.

Never been here before but have watched it turn a couple friends lives around and headed them down the path they needed. Nothing but positive thoughts on the place.

Love and tolerance of others is what this place taught me . and that drugs and alcohol wasnt my problem. Its much deeper than that . Thanks !!

Men's and women's facilities are separate.
I was at the females facility and we were allowed to bring 21 articles of clothing exactly, socks and underwear don’t count. You wanna be sure to have things you can walk and work in. Be sure to bring tennis shoes! If you come without anything though things normally get given to you because everyone takes care of and looks out for one another and things are donated quite often. I know this was posted a month ago but maybe it will help someone else! Also if you just call down there they will gladly answer any questions like that.
Have your attorney or your family contact them until you're on waiting list they will have to call everday. A great program that I know works. Good luck
No, it is long term 9 to 12 months I beleive.
I was a client at the Huntington facility and as an individual progresses through the program, they gain access to the work out area that is provided on site. There is a wide variety of machines, as well as a sufficient supply of free weights. Newer clients have the option to utilize the various facilities through out Huntington, on the 2 hour lunch break they are provided in between classes.
Yes, walk-in referrals are accepted, as long as there is bed-availability. The intake coordinator, at the time of admittance, will deem availability, dependent upon a wide variety of factors. I can assure whomever that all efforts will be made and resources exercised to provide help to those in need. Recovery Point does an OUTSTANDING job and utilizing available resources and going to any length to provide an opportunity to recover for the addict.
You have to be a graduate
No
I'm from ironton and wanting to get into a sober living in Huntington without having to do impatient I'm almost done wit IOP any feedbacks
You can attend mtg daily and 6 and 8 p.m. and they give 15 mins before and 15 mins after the mtg to spend with your family
There is also a new place in Huntington called project help that is supposed to be a mother/child centered facility to help woman in recovery. I do not know much more about it than that.
call the intake coordinator and check bed availability. Persistence and a sincere desire to receive help pay off! People choose to defer treament, or seek alternative treatment and provide opportunities for those who seek help to have a bed. The applicant must meet a few requirements of eligibilty of the program which are a) must not be a sex offender b) have any violent crimes c) must be able to walk 5 miles per day d) must not be on any prescribed narcotics. those who are not eligible for acceptance into this specific program will be provided alternative means to obtain treatment.
No, but they have access to phones to call out.
Absolutely everyday except on weekends
Sorry Robert, took so long getting back to u. Been going thru ; ignore that ph. Thing for a day or so lol... No meds detox brother. Approx 1 year program. Inpatient, peer to peer, 12 step AA. Some NA also. On and off property about every day. Some free time too. "The most serious program, for the most serious about recovery. Will leave RPH with full understanding of who you are and why we do the things we do. Up to us to utilize and apply the information...
Yeah, 9 to 12 month program. It's not a day too long if one is anything like I was. I spent 15 months here as a client and I needed every day of it...
