Have your attorney or your family contact them until you're on waiting list they will have to call everday. A great program that I know works. Good luck
Wire letters talk lawyer and have their lawyer call they can call as well once they get on the waiting list they just keep calling and writing letters and once they get in there recovery point holds a lot of wait in the court room its a great place
