Upstairs Neighbors are terrible. Two grown adults run around the apartment all day on cricky floors management does nothing about it.

Awful. My A/C was out the majority of my last two months there. They tried to charge me rent for dates that weren't in the lease, after I returned the keys. Then proceed to charge me late fees for rent wasn't owed to them. They don't pick up their phones.

10 stars! I found this place through a client that couldn't say enough about this complex! So here I am and my client was on spot! Lisa and Jimmy and Ed are all extremely professional as well as friendly and on top of it! They take pride not only in their units but in their residents! They've made me feel so welcome here. The units are nice sized and recently remodeled beautifully and have a sheik uptown feel in the country. The kitchen and dining area are also versatile in my unit. A lot of them back up to the woods ❤ I love I can have my plants outside to decorate and love seeing others planting. Something I haven't been able to do at other complexes. The neighbors here all seem so nice and it is a nice quiet neighborhood ❤

The maintenance staff is great. When something goes wrong they are quickly on it. Jimmy is professional and efficient. Air conditioning is old but he keeps it working. Were not permitted to see the actual apartment we were going to be renting. Big difference. The apartments are very old and it shows. Very convenient to shopping.
