Zero stars if I could. THIS MANAGENENT COMPANY IS A JOKE AND A SCAM!! SLUMLORDS !! Worst property management company ever!! Dont waste your time or money! The homes are not up to par nor do they care to fix anything In a timely manner or at all. It is impossible to reach them to get any straight answers or issues handled. Again, DONT DO IT! THIS MANAGENENT COMPANY IS A JOKE AND A SCAM!!

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews. Glad I took a chance on them. My experience with Conrex has been nothing short of amazing. They answer calls, respectful, and very considerate. I seen a review where they don't rent ppl of color their new homes. And I'll be the first to say it's a Myth. Can't wait to move in. Thanks Kari!! Thanks Aleyia. Yall been nothing but awesome. Keep up the great work!!!!

We started off kinda rocky applied for a home and later found out there was an active lease present. My Conrex contact, she advised me that my application will remain on file and I can move application to another property. Good news. Bad news the homes here in Charlotte was none of our liking. My leasing contact Kari, she was awesome in providing me the information I requested. There was a pause in between after realizing she is very busy but my emails and calls were definitely answered just not within 24hrs she will call you back! I do have a issue w the specials listed not understanding if the promotion changes and you haven't yet signed a lease the applicant should be able to take advantage of the new promotion as promotions do change! Its in black &white.... I look forward to the year as being a conrex resident. Fingers crossed for us! Do know everyone situation is different we may not have the same experience.Thus far my experience manageable. Good luck to you all!

I just moved in a home...HVAC completely down. No AC for 7 days nows. Management has not contacted me to resolve the issue. Everything is email or text. Be AWARE. They do not inspect the house before you move in. Many questions about this company. Only one star because I have to, not because I want to. I'm going to keep adding to my post. I'm on day 6, no air, no microwave and no honest answers from this company. Oh, and no cable/internet. They put a 3 sided code lock on crawl space and didn't give it to me. But per the lease cable wires can't be hanging down the exterior. We'll, how else would the cables run if the tech can't access the crawl space! This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST MOVE IN IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I have to wait on Conrex as a new tenant. So disrespectful in so many ways. My lease agent stated I need to find out who picks up trash. I have 1 window unit in Master bedroom they installed and I can't cook because it's 84 degrees or above at certain times of the day. I hate I entrusted this company. I had to click a star to post. This is a No Star rating. And Conrex, your maintenance dept has my requests. Sad and bad business.
