My Aunt has been living there for almost 10 years. I'm approaching retirement myself so I inquired. I was told approximately 2 years. Get on the list! Unfortunately their availability depends on vacancies. It is for Seniors.... Some are moved to Nursing homes, back with family or deceased. It is also section 8.... IT IS A WONDERFUL Senior living home. They keep it well maintained and take all safety measures. Very spacious and in a safe area. I highly recommend.
