I think this place is just fine. Being the size of a small town, there will always be issues like staffing, but they do their very best. Been here 1.5 years. Sure the shuttles "were" down for a bit due to thieves stealing the converters, but running on sched. now. I have a service dog who is always welcomed. My building Mgr. Melissa is tops and maintenance team is always on the ball. I recently asked for a new filter for my air conditioner and the next day I received a brand new unit with filters you can clean yourself in the sink. Never had to wait for a response on any issue. To top it off, my neighbors are wonderful! Activities galore as well.

I have known people that lived here years ago so i was excited at the possibility of living there. When i went to tour the reviews were right the carpet in the common areas were dirty. Gina played it off as they were waiting to be cleaned. She was nice at first but once i was approved she started being rude. Didnt want to work with me on move in date even though i explained i had to wait on closing of my house. Then unprofessionalism of Gwen. I am not moving there nor do i recomend it.

This place is worse than a dump and even worse than hell! I had put in a request for some work to be done on my apartment. But never heard anything about it from anyone until I made a video and posted it on line. None of these apartments have a fire extinguisher in them at all. The web site for this place says that it has a Neighbor bus and that is an out right lie! I used to clean the filters for the air/heat unit in my apartment but not anymore! So if it quits because the filters aren't cleaned then tfb-too freakin bad! I can't wait to leave this cess pool asap! I could only give this place one ⭐ star unfortunatelyy. But if it were possible then I would definitely give it a negative infinity ⭐ stars.

I guess each building has laundry facilities. But it's not cheap. Especially since they didn't replace the washers. But they upped the price to wash
If you are talking about NeighborCare of Chapel Hill then the answer is no cause there isn't a pool at all for anyone to use.
Hello Barbara!! You would need to set it up with the Business office Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. Once your account has been established you can have it come out automatically every month if you'd like. Hope this helps!!
