A staff on 3rd floor? I recently had a horrible experience with a staff member lying me! On Mother’s Day while I was visiting my mother the same staff approached me with the admin on speaker phone telling me I had to leave! The admin was unprofessional and rude! Then said if I’m not gone in 15 minutes to call the police! I was blind sided and had no ideal what was going on and I still don’t! This upset my mother and the staff had no regards for my mother’s feelings or condition as she walked into the room Smerk smiling! She then would not let me on the elevator so I could leave until the police arrived! Another employee a few weeks ago said this same staff gets into arguments with other family members as well as other staff all the time!

My mother lived at Kesslerwood Place for about 6 years. Moving there was one of the best moves our family had ever taken. The food was great, it was reasonably priced and the staff was spectacular. They viewed their time at KWP as a vocation, not a job. Dennisbrake

I would recommend this facility. The staff has closely worked with me to set up the care needed. My family member is happy and feels taken care of. She is proud to call this home.

From Edith at the front desk, to all the wonderful nurses, activities director, nursing director, assistants, maintenance, housekeeping, cooks, servers, etc… have all been fabulous. Joe has resided there for almost 7 years and they care for him as if he were their own beloved grandfather. The staff here has exceeded my original expectations 10 fold. They keep me in the loop regarding Joe’s health, behaviors, needs, etc…. I’ve already informed my children if I ever need assisted living - this is where I want to go.
