Had appointment with my primary care doctor. She said I needed blood work. Went to the lab and was told I needed appointment, Told they only have two people yo take blood. They told me I could wait but the wait time would be about 1/2 hour. I waited 35 minutes then left without blood work

The VA Regional Office is completely closed and moved out. There's no information on where anyone should go if you need information from a VA Regional Office. Calling the number goes to a representative who also refers you to Cleveland Regional even though it's permanently closed. They don't don't know where to send people now as the other Regional offices say you must contact the Regional office for your region. How do you remove a Regional office from a region and NOT have a replacement?!

The VA is a total pain in the rear. They are slow and have awful customer service. Would not recommend whatsoever. It also is really any office, not just a specific one.

Chas it depends on which one you have. If you have the Montgomery GI bill no she can't use those benefits. If you have the post 911 GI bill I think she can use that.

how do I get a copy of my va rating? I can not find the original.

Log into VA.gov and sign in using your DSL login. Click on claim status and you'll see the results of your ratings. If you don't have a DSL login you can create and register there too. eBenefits.gov is another way to accomplish the same thing. Hope this helps. Not sure how to get a copy of the exact ratings letter. A copy is likely to be on one of the sites I mentioned.

Whether you sent it to Janesville or VA, it'll still be associated with your claim.
