I placed a order for lumber over the phone for 10#. 2x 8 x 20 . At the cost of $500 for the 10 boards. Order was delivered as promised. I ended up changing the design to something much bigger. So I called to have have the ten boards exchanged for 20# 6 x 6x 10 which cost $70 each and 24 # 2 x 6 x 20 at $40 each. The total was over $3000.00 which is about $2500 more then what I had initially purchased. Not only was I told I had to pay a 25% percent restocking fee on some already high priced wood, but the person who I spoke with got nasty with me. All because I said, we’ll if they going to send a guy to drop off my new order ( which I’m paying over $2500 more) why even charge me $125 on 10 boards I’m returning. I even suggested I bring the 10 boards back myself. The guy said nope you still have to pay $125. 😳👀 So I’m the end, I return the boards and took all my business some where else. They had such great reviews, I was planning on using them my 8000 sqft addition also. That won’t happen. Unlike Homedepot or Lowe’s, if you so happen to need to return something, just know your going to pay a 25% restocking fee

Interesting place. Lots of reclaimed lumber. I ended up ordering what I needed which worked out fine. Friendly staff.
