Great location for visiting Universal Studios. The free shuttle to and from the park is great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were a dream! The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well. Breakfast was decent but overpriced.

We absolutely love this hotel! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you will be treated like family. Jerome at the front desk took such great care of us and got us situated in our room early. The view were spectacular, the rooms were clean, the absolute most comfortable beds and pillows in the world, and great pressure in the shower! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We ordered breakfast in our room and it was delivered in under 30 minutes and was delicious! We will stay here again for sure!

Location is great. Room was super clean. Restaurant had great food. Breakfast buffet was very good. Walking distance to universal studios. There was also a shuttle service every 15 minutes from hotel to universal studio. Me and my family enjoyed our stay.

The only thing 5 star about this hotel was the staff. The front check in the valet and the gentleman that brought in our luggage. They were all top notch. But everything else I was greatly disappointed. The food was okay but only get a “continental breakfast “ with the room. That consisted of a bagel fruit and coffee. That still was $22! Then a microwave can be added for another $20. We stayed on the executive floor with a “view of the park” the view was beautiful out the window at night but it was a parking lot. The beds were full size and so tiny and uncomfortable. It was either super hot or super cold. The hot water matched the next door people that you can hear. I just expected so much more from a Hilton. I just am shocked at the low class of the rooms the accommodations and pretty much everything except the staff was sub par. I would not recommend this hotel the Sheridan is right next door. Wishing we’d have stayed there.

Yes of course
You don't want to work at this Hilton, I did, and the managers, especially on the Kitchen level and the Maintenance dept. are Creepiest and Weirdest people I've ever worked with and they're always back-stabbing the people they manage.
It does to Burbank airport
They have underground parking, so I wouldn't believe you would be able to. Best bet is to call. You might be able to drop off and then park in the open lot of Universal.
Yes. But you must call after a certain time the night before to see if they have anymore late check outs available. Hilton Gold and Diamond members are given automatic late check out priority.
I'm sorry, I'am not understanding your question.!!
Self parking is $28 a day and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to Universal's City Walk area (generally runs 8:30am to 9pm, but can vary). Walking to the park is only 10-20 minutes depending on your pace and traffic - there are a number of stairs to cross the road, though, if that is an issue. We have quite enjoyed our stay - rooms are great and the breakfast buffet is wonderful.
Every 15', and 5' to go at the park entrance. Around 10 to 15' to go by feet.
There is any free thing in anything to do there you got CityWalk you got universal studios everything
I know they have a breakfast buffet and a dinner buffet on weekends
You should call the hotel at Hilton Universal and dial 0 and ask the operator to transfer you to Loss prevention department, they would know what steps to take.
I did not see one on my visit.
I was there for Sunday brunch and I paid about $10

How much to hire a car once in LA? Not sure if to arrange from the U.K. before I travel?
If you work for one of the Hilton properties, yes. If you're just in the hospitality industry and not part of Hilton, normally no, unless you know the GM.
For brunch it was $6.60 for 3 hrs. They reduced their price by 50%.
No microwave, but a refrigerator in room and store inside hotel. Grocery store is a couple blocks away.
It is dog friendly. Not sure about size restrictions
