Just spent four nights at the Sheraton Universal. We stayed on the second floor near the pool. The room was nice and updated but pretty small for three of us. The stairs and hallway could use new carpet and some paint but other than that it was nice. The staff was friendly. Live music was nice on Wednesday and Thursday. Easy walk to Universal too.

Great location, very close to universal studios but the hallways and rooms very old and the carpet looked really dirty. Breakfast was nice and the shuttle to universal was convenient. Pool access rooms were noisy and we could hear everything from outside in our room. There is definitely an opportunity to make some upgrades and improve the ambience. Carpets definitely need to be replaced.

Loved our stay at Sheraton. We surprised our boys with this trip, as it was the first time for the kids to visit Universal Studios, and we wanted to make it extra special by staying in Sheraton, we are so happy with our choice. Customer Service: Everyone was friendly and nice, and Jerry did a great job in our Check-in process, and explaining everything. We wanted to try the food at their restaurant and Justin was super nice and amazing with his exceptional customer service. Room: clean and nice. It has everything you need and EXCELLENT coffee. Very clean and modern furniture. Location: absolutely great location if you are going to Universal Studios, it is a walking distance and they have shuttle. We canβt ask for better than that π€ We will stay here next time π

Enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The shower was quite large and roomy with instant hot water! The decor was simple but elegant, very inviting. With a full bar and restaurant, there's no need to venture away. The location to Universal Studios and Hollywood makes this facility a family favorite.

Anything that will get you to universal studio theme park. Trust me you will Love the Sheraton n Universal City. L. A.

Yes, but there 3 airports in LA. Check with the hotel about service. Burbank (Bob Hope) is closest. Remember, the hotel is part of Universal Studios.

This hotel is in Studio City, it's about 45 mins from Disneyland in Anaheim
Gimme a break. That's one of THE steepest grades in all of SoCal. Elite athletes MIGHT be able to scale, w severe lower back pain, MITE complete ur 10min walk in an hour plus. Reg ppl, bring a shaman & a canteen!
