Christina was very professional and thorough. I appreciated her patience as I wasn't sure how big of a unit I would need but she was able to show me around without rushing the process and even got me a bigger unit with a promotion on it that helped me stay within my budget. I have been to other storage places where the employees are very impatient when touring so I'm glad that she's who I got to work with. Would definitely recommend Christina to anyone who needs a storage unit in Orange.

I went to this facility at a time of immediate need after searching several in one day. The property manager, Javier, was very helpful and made my experience with my reservation very simple. He even offered to search other locations for any available units that were to my affordability. Next day he informed me that he had found one to suit my needs. He explained the facility monthly prices and if later I wanted to down size, the steps needed. He was very very helpful. The storage facility was clean and I felt very secure in my storage unit rental. Thank you Javier for your courteous assistance.

Dalia and Cherie are awesome hard working workers. Cherie moved me in best service ever went over all the fees and rental agreement. Everything is very clear and simple very easy process to do. Dalia was outside sweeping the parking spaces and she is very nice girl. She was asking me how my experience has been here. I can say it’s been better than just a 5 star service. I always feel welcomed and they care about the cleaning ness of the property. I would recommend my friends to come a store here.
