Linda was very friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help us with a storage unit for our daughter attending college nearby. Even though I corresponded from out-of-state, she stayed in touch, answered all of my questions and ensured her move in was quick and easy. We are grateful for the great customer service from Linda and her staff and highly recommend Outback Storage. Thank you!

Enjoyed our time with Outback but, got priced out as you keep raising prices. Also expect a refund of unused portion of the month. Moved out on the 22nd of the month. Clerk in the office said "no refund". I did not sign up for that, you need to refund the pro-rated portion of the month not used!! Mike Flynn
