The good: Clean, comfortable, recently remodeled. The bad: noisy location and it is a "classic" long skinny L shaped motel configuration. Good for access but not as 'cozy' as a one building type hotel. In other words you get what you pay for. It is a 2* not a 2.5 or 3* category. Also I believe some reviews are fake because it rated 8.3/10 on many sites and that is fake. It cannot have a higher rating of other nice hotels.in the are we stayed at. So the managers bought some fake reviews as some merchants do on Amazon. That is disappointing and that is what brought us here. It is not worth 8.3/10. Maybe 7/10.

Only stayed one night, but was delightfully pleased with this hotel. Great location for Disneyland and to old town Orange. Staff was super helpful and courteous.

Visibly dirty, hair and stains on the bedsheets and pillows when we checked in. Hotel is right on a main road so sirens are really loud passing by. Parking lot is small. Breakfast is annoying because you have to stand there and tell them what you want (you know just so you don’t steal extra butter or something and put them out of business). Don’t pay hotel prices for motel quality. Wish I just stayed at a motel closer to Disneyland.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times for a total of 6 nights. And even over the phone the front desk attendant (Michael) remembered me, and my preference of room. Recent remodel looks great. Rooms are very clean. I travel over 200 nights a year all over the country, and few chain hotels are this pleasant to deal with. Service is always outstanding. Every employee was kind and quick. I’d give them 20 stars if I could.
