4/5 update: more of the same, looks like this place doesn't care about customer feedback or wasting your time 2/25/22 update: Yet again this wells branch is understaffed with a long line. Never fails everytime I have to come here once month for a deposit. Glad I do my regular and business banking at Bank of America. Do yourself a favor and bank with an org that doesn't have their customers wasting their time in unacceptable lines. Original: Crazy long lines every time I come here and not enough tellers. Glad I bank elsewhere and only have to come into Wells once a month.

I don’t think over ever been to this branch and spent less than 15 minutes in line to do something simple. I don’t know if it’s the customers in this area or management but it’s always a problem. The tellers are always nice, I blame management. If you see more than half your tellers being taken up by people with issues, get out from your comfy desk and handle business so the teller can free up and handle normal transactions. I avoid this branch like the plague.

30min lines.. some of the line is outside.. im thinking this is the only line til i get inside and there is much more and i already spent 15mins outside. No1 inside walking around asking us if we have questions instead I have to ask all questions to security guard. I can tell they don't care.. when I mentioned it they blew me off.

I switched banks from a horrible credit union to Capital One (even worse) and then I thought to myself--a lot of people have a lot of good things to say about Chase so i had chase for at least 3 months this year before I started having problems with them. I went to Wells a few weeks ago ( I've always known that wells IS the bank for me, I just wanted to be open minded and try other banks first) and met this banker who made me feel so welcome and so happy, I left the bank EXTREMELY happy and i felt like I made the RIGHT decision for the first time EVER. I'm definitely looking forward to be with wells for a very long time .
