Off the beaten track, this store never has a crowd. There's always an available and helpful employee and almost never a long line. They have a lot of printers so there's always one available. The shelves are always stocked, so I always find what I need. They also give a discount off your next purchase for returned empty ink cartridges, so I can save and feel good about recycling.

WATCHING TV ON THE JOB ENSURES POOR RESULTS - AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE. They were watching NFL football on their smart phones. They screwed my print order up horribly. They were in too big a hurry to be careful and get it right. They were not focused and not good at listening. They were discourteous. I had them correct my order about four times before I left only to find more mistakes when I got home. I am done with Staples.

This gentleman Matthew who helped us with the resizing of my mom's photo which we need for her memorial service the following day went above and beyond what is expected for a regular staff. The copying machine was not working but Matthew thought about another way of having the photo done knowing my sister and I were desperate. He is the best!

Rachel was extremely helpful. After having to go to several other retailers to get our wedding invites printed, we contacted Staples to see if they provided wedding invite services. Rachel answered the phone politely, inquired about what services we needed and told us the services we needed could definitely be done. I informed her we were on our way to the store and she immediately assisted us as soon as we walked over to the printing station. She was a wonderful help and her customer service was excellent! We can't wait to see how our invites look tomorrow. Thank you!
