Every time I go I get charged different prices, they refer to my “insurance”. It’s BS, I enrolled in a better (more expensive) dental coverage, yet I’m getting calls in regards to dental procedures that weren’t covered more than 6 months ago. Scam. I’m upset.

I must say my first experience with Bright now dentist was a good one the doctor that they set me up with thoroughly explained everything that I needed done it was much cheaper than the previous two places that I visited $4000 cheaper to be exact the only problem that I had is the lady refused to show me their plans because I need a lot of work and I was trying to purchase other plans to go with my coexisting insurance she seem not to know what I was talking about so on my next visit I am going to ask the ladies at the front desk to help me out with that part but overall great experience friendly staff the dentist that I seen was excellent she made me smile even though I didn’t want to so I will be returning thank you right now

Went to this location after one of their sister locations cancelled our appointment and couldn't get us in for more than 2 months to re-schedule. But told us this location could see us sooner. We called and booked an appointment. Got here 30 minutes before the appointment to fill out the paperwork. It wasn't until 50 minutes after her scheduled appointment that they finally called my wife in for her 1pm appointment at almost 2pm. After getting her x-ray, she waited another 50 minutes until they came in the office to say our insurance did not approve the procedure. The lady at the front desk told us that she just got off the phone with my insurance company after waiting 45 minutes on hold. So rightfully, I was upset and called my insurance. They picked up relatively fast and after venting to the rep, she told me no inquiry was made by anyone about coverage or approval under my account. She asked me to conference call the office I went to. I complied and called them up with my insurance on the line. After they picked up, we were transferred to the front desk. A lady picked up about a minute after being transferred. I explained that my wife was just there and was denied service because it wasn't approved and that I had the insurance company on the line to help figure out what happened. She then told me she was going place me on a breif hold. After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, you could clearly hear the phone was picked up and then disconnected. The lady from my insurance said that she has never experienced a more unprofessional company before and suggested that I go somewhere else and not use them. I would also recommend that anyone considering going here does the same; goes somewhere else!

It’s a very Friendly environment but the wait is a long one! Too many visits to get teeth cleaned. They need to do x-rays and cleaning same day and not have patient return! The wait is terrible, too long for just x-rays!! My husband appointment was at 4, he didn’t get home until after 6, with just x-rays done! Maybe too many patients being booked at same time and patients end up waiting forever!! Hope they can fix that! I would hate to go after soo many years, I’ve stayed because Staff is great, very friendly!!
