This review is for the bridal consultant Victoria. She helped my wife find our vow renewal dress. According to the story that my wife told me when she came home, Victoria went above and beyond all that she could have ever wanted the experience to be. She found her renewal dress and said she has never felt more beautiful in her life. After birthing our 4 kids, I already think she's the most beautiful woman in the world. But I'm sure I am going to LOVE whatever she picked out. Happy wife, happy life, so thanks Victoria!

Sky was my consultant. She was helping me exchange a dress that I didn’t feel very comfortable with. She was so patient and kind to me and my sister. She was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice to help us decide which dress was best. We laughed with her and she made us feel so comfortable. I hope she has continued success at this location. I tried on wedding dresses with Jessica and had the best experience! She seemed like she really really cared about what I felt beautiful in, and went above and beyond to find dresses that were in the style I liked, taking amazing photos from all angels. She made me feel so special and seen. I went to like 10 places to try on dresses, and she was by far the most helpful and stand-out assistant. Thank you SO much for EVERYTHING Jessica!

There are only two locations in the Bay Area and this one is by far the best! After visiting the SJ store I decided to try this store as well. The customer service here exceeded my expectations. Everyone working were cheerful. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to make a sale. Victoria was awesome! They were so busy she was helping another bride while helping me. She was so professional and helpful even under pressure. I ended up making a follow up appointment with her on a day that wasn’t so hectic. She pulled the dresses I liked the previous appointment and had them ready to go. She really paid attention to the details. I would absolutely recommend this location!!
