Absolute joke… can’t seem to get power on in a timely way.

I had the misfortune of losing my power Sept, 2021 in Midland, MI. Consumers had to drive into my back yard with a cherry picker truck. It tore up my yard considerably. The boss lineman didn't seem to care, and his associate mentioned that they would come back and do something about it with some fill dirt and seeding. That was a lie or whatever you want to call it. Not any people like Consumers Energy, and I like them a lot less than I did. Unfortunately you have to tolerate everything you don't like about them....what can you do.

Can we be done with what is basically an electric monopoly that doesn’t care about their customers and continuously raises prices now?
