Had a problem where the unit I had bought online , wasn't available(or an error in the system). The rep was able to accommodate me to a bigger unit at a great rate for in the inconvenience. Overall customers service 5 stars.

Don’t leave your stuff here! My unit was locked when I arrived back at it a few weeks after putting my things in. When I opened it, all of my big valuable items were stolen. The lock was not broken and was locked when I arrived. I had to put my combo in to get into it and unfortunately my stuff is missing. We also talked to another man who was there at the same time and he said his tools were stolen/missing from his unit while his was still locked as well. Not sure if employees have a master key to all of the locks or what but your items are not safe here!! DON’T USE THIS PLACE AND IF YOU MUST, GET THE INSURANCE FOR YOUR ITEMS

DO NOT COME HERE. Upon signing up, they may ask you to write a review based on their service. DON'T (I am just changing my 5 star review. So I’m sure other renters never updated theirs). Everything was good at first -or so I thought. Until they decided to raise the pricing on the unit WITHOUT informing me of the increased price as they said they would upon signing up. They claim they sent me a letter to my apartment. I informed them that the address on file is correct and that I check my mail everyday. NEVER DID I RECEIVE ANY LETTER. After asking for a refund, which they refused to give, I decided to go elsewhere. I will not pay the ridiculous price of $270 for a unit

Mitchell was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the time he took to show me several units. Mitchell also explained the two different promotions, which again allowed me to make an informed decision of which option to take. I also found the facility to be clean and very well maintained.
