Sarah has been such a wonderful property manager for the entire duration of my patronage. From sign up to move out she was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even when I accidentally fudged my payment details. She expressed a level of patience that is not prevalent these days. The facility is always clean and access is a breeze day or night. You would be hard pressed to find a better storage facility at this value. I Will definitely conduct business at this location in the future should the need arise.

I have been fortunate enough to have used this facility for almost two years now. I was originally worried and contemplated moving to a new facility when I learned a few months back that some new staff had been hired to replace some of the outgoing members, but our new property manager Alicia and the rest of her team made me 100% confident I made the right decision to stay from day 1. They are friendly, they work their tails off, they want to make sure that all of us are safe, and that are belongings are safe. They make sure to always say hi and to connect those of us who use this facility with each other so that the environment is welcoming and it feels like a little community rather than a bunch of random people all storing stuff here. That unity also helps us to keep each other and our belongings safe. Special shout out to Alicia for going above and beyond to make the experiences here as effortless and painless as possible. Very clean environment, with little dust and no tumbleweeds blocking passage through the air-conditioned hallways. Access is decent, especially in contrast with Certain Other Stores in the vicinity. I have been a customer for 2 years and have loved my experience here staff was always so attentive and helpful. The property is always so clean and safe. Each property manager Alicia has always been so polite and professional. Recently had to get my lock removed and they made it so smooth and easy with an in house locksmith. Best storage property I’ve had in my experience.
