I've been looking for a new car wash spot since my old one wasn't cutting it anymore. I come here because it had decent reviews and I was really disappointed I went in for a spray wax and they left water spots and dark spots on my hood. It was really pricey too. I will continue my search for a new car wash spot because this one ain't it.

I always come here to get my car washed and they usually do a pretty good job. Today that wasn’t the case though. They didnt clean the top of my car. I know it’s a bigger car but they also charge extra for that. Hoping this changes.

The first time i took our car to this location on 3/13/22 was because my Dad goes their monthly and likes it. Their menu is easily displayed but the options are complicated. I asked for a suggestion and he explained the difference between the Super Wash and the Deluxe. I chose the deluxe with bug removal (a la cart) as i wanted the exterior dressing as the vehicle just made a long road trip and was pretty dirty. The next weekend i washed the vehicle myself. This morning my wife took it down to get it washed and the interior wiped down since it was already in pretty good condition having a deluxe wash two weeks prior and hand was at home last weekend. The rep opened the back of the vehicle and told her she needed the $90 Detail and wrote up the ticket. Most people would push back at that price but my wife isn't that person, she relied on him being the expert and looking out for her needs even though she was uncomfortable with the cost. She called on the way home to ask me what i got last time i went there. After i told her i paid $38 for a deluxe wash (and the vehicle was a lot more dirty) she told me she was taken advantage of for being a woman because she paid $90 because that's what they told her she needed after telling them she didn't understand all the options. I called the location and spoke to the manager and the owner. Both of them essentially called my wife a liar as they always explain all options for each service and would never suggest one without explaining it. By this time she was home and told the manager that the option wasn't explained to her, she was told this is the option she needed, which coincidently was the most expensive one on the board, the manager and owner said that wasn't true, they don't do that, and they don't force anyone to take their suggestions. It's not their fault she picked the most expensive option on the board, even though that's what they pushed. The owner offered me a basic wash for the confusion and for me not to leave a negative review, but i declined. I feel others should know about their sales tactics.

HORRIBLE!!! Never again! I dropped off my car for a car wash and I got the most expensive option on the list plus two shampooed seats, mind you my car and everything was in tact Before I dropped it off. Fast forward about two hours later it’s ready, and I hop in the car and as I’m leaving I needed to go to the gas station, so I hit my signal wand and I noticed it broke!!! I was so confused and when I called them and spoke to the guy at the cash register he gave me an unnecessary attitude saying “it’s their first time they ever had an issue with their car” like why would I create problems with a random car wash?! Obviously if it was broken, then everybody would’ve noticed before the wash including me. I promise it was NOT broken when I left my car to get washed. The worst part is the manager didn’t even do anything about it! Didn’t even offer an alternative or anything to help or make me as the customer happy! All he did was kept repeating himself that “all my workers are trained to clean properly and we never have problems with anybody’s car” ughh terrible service. The wash they did wasn’t even all that, they missed the rims and left some finger stains on the front and left door window. NEVER AGAIN!
