I love coming into Petco for most of my pet's needs. I appreciate the staff for their help whenever i ask them questions or recommendations. And Mallorie is THE BEST dog groomer I could ever ask for. She is amazing. 🤩🤩🤩 Update: I always go with Mallory for a bath and trim however this last time I was very unsatisfied. I had the appointment set up for cut, bath and deshedding treatment but before i even checked in she told me she was unable to cut his fur. Mallorie then said only bath because the groomers wanted to leave early, including herself which made me feel rushed and very unwelcome. It made me feel like my dog was too much of a hassle for her. So I explained that I scheduled a trim because my dog's fur was starting to become overgrown. So she agreed and said okay no worries I'll give it a quick pass. After his groom i go to pick up my dog and he was left alone in the salon. I pressed the doorbell button and after several minutes a regular employee passed by and i mentioned to him that i still haven't gotten my dog and to his surprise everyone from the salon had left. One of the groomers(older red head lady) came back to check something on the computer completely ignoring my presence. Finally she made eye contact and asked if i needed anything and i said yeah my dog, to which she said " oh they're all gone and we're done for the day". Obviously that upset me even more. That's when the gentleman came out with my sweet boy. I was so upset that i left without properly checking his cut until i got home. His paws were botched, barely any trim around the ears or mane as i had asked. I won't be going back even with my vital care account.

Took my 8 wk old kitten for her first shots. Staff was gentle and stopped when she was stressed and gave her treats.

I had a really great experience getting my two dogs groomed at this location. They were very professional, thoughtful and followed directions. To too it off, my pups were not stressed out when I came to pick them up. I'll definitely come back!

Love this pet shop. Really nice range of pets and supplies. Visiting from the UK is an amazing place. Always get our cats a little gift when we visit CA.
