Awful people. They engage in fraud and even when a court order specifies the exact amount of child support you have to pay, they garnish it from your employer despite having a bank account on file, then also take it from your bank account. Double dipping and charging you double then acting like there is nothing wrong with that. Start suing these people or they will never stop.

If I could give this place a zero star I would maybe even a negative 100 stars. As soon as the case worker answered she had a stink attitude. So disrespectful maybe because your life is miserable. I’d suggest finding a job where you don’t help people because that’s exactly what you do… nothing! I’m calling for help and she gives me an attitude. So rude.

If i could give this place a zero star review i would! Trying to make a single father pay $425 a month in todays society really! I will be homeless if i paid that then hows my son suppose to come see me then....and on top of that they dont take this covid thing into consideration! CHILD SUPPORT IS FOR ABSENT FATHERS NOT FAILED RELATIONSHIPS! I have been in my sons life since birth! I do the fathering thing! I told my sons mother if OUR SON needs ANYTHING let me know and i will make sure its taken care of....I buy my son everything he needs without going through this place they are just made they arent getting paid!....what kid needs $425 a month....im not here to pay my ex's bills. Have fun sending a loving father to his son to jail WHERE YOU WONT GET A DIME FROM ME IN THERE EITHER! What a joke....YOU GUYS RUIN PEOPLE LIVES AND CAN GO TO WORK WITH A DAMN SIMILE ON YOUR FACES EVERYDAY! PATHETIC!

They care nothing about Father's rights Horrible experience. These people should be homeless for participating in unjustifiably separating a Father from his 1st born Son & only child. Especially in regards to family's of color. Society is so much worse off in part because of these people Despite you people. Just like I told you I would. All would be made right in the end & I won.

For as long as you owe. Until the child either turns 18 or you go back to court and have that stipulation removed.
Nothing really. Maybe report him to the IRS for working under the table?
You can petition to have wages garnished
I'm gonna assume that such can in fact be done online.., but, and I'm just logically deriving here, that you will almost certainly have to make a personal appearance due to fraud and overall security. The mail is usally 90% safe and secure, but with something like that, I'd want it handed to me if possible ya'dig..., Cheers.
No
I'm assuming you're trying to get what you owe forgiven. You'll have to call the original place. Also update your address with them.
Hey Gary Renzema. INCENTIVE. INCENTIVE INCENTIVE
If you have an order. You can apply for child support services to enforce the order. His wages can be garnished
If you don't have a child support order it can prove you are supporting the kids.
Just the mother's. Unless it is zero then they will imput her income and full time min wage
DCS only enforces child support orders. If you have a court order it doesnt matter where the child lives, the order is enforced the way it is written. If you have an administrative order the order for support will stop and start depending on where the child lives. The burden of proof of where the child is living falls on the parent(s). Parenting plans do not come into play when enforcing an administrative order, it is based solely on where the child is proven to be living. The only way you can over ride an administrative order is to have it replaced by a court order. If I am interpreting your question correctly, the child is living with the father and he got support to stop? The only way he could do this is if you have an administrative order. If you want the parenting plan to be enforced, you need to go back to court. DCS has no authority to enforce or change parenting plans. I hope this helps.
Call your support officer
They usually snail mail you that information. Another way you are able to get it is calling your enforcement officer. Last easy is to go into the Child Support office in Tacoma (if that's the closest one to you) and give the person assisting you your ssn. They'll verify and pull it up on their system and tell you. Edit: spelling corrections snap to snail Cold to Child
If you need to get a passport you will not be able to get one until all of your arrears are paid in full. Your passport will be flagged and have a hold on it. If you need to go out of the country for an emergency or for work then you can negotiate with the Special Collections Unit.
Yes as the parent receiving payments you can as long as you are not on TANF you can close your case at anytime

Because he probably quit his job. If they receive nothing we get nothing.
