We went in for lunch and I ordered from the Senior discount menu, no problem. The menu also states Seniors get a discount on any item not on the Senior menu... My husband and I are in our sixties and definitely seniors. When we asked for the discount at the cash register, both the waiter and cashier laughed at us. We pointed out what the menu said about the discount and they pulled a snarky attitude. Give me a break. You advertise a discount but make people feel bad for asking about it? We will not be back. Bad service and lousy attitudes is not a good way to run a business.

This IHop has picky waitresses. Worst customer service whenever my family eat there in the evenings. I have been here many times and encounter discrimination and how unfair we are treated. She always sends a cashier to serve us and take our order. Seems like the waitress is only after tips. Food is good.

May 9, it was super busy in this location, we were told to order something to drink because the kitchen was extremely busy and food was going to take long, we didn't mind except my son was starving so they offered to bring some eggs while we waited and waited and waited and the eggs never came, then another waitress came after 10 l o ng minutes and ask, do you want anything to drink? seriously wow we are ready to order. OK I'll call someone to take your order! What?? Anyways I don't complain the girl that help us was very nice and even though we waited for long time I understand why it was crazy busy, because the mother's day weekend usually is not that crazy. Love those new protein pancakes.

Never had a bad experience, service can be slow this a busy restaurant. Food was great after the long wait.

You can issue complaints through their customer service center, typically online. Sometimes companies will give you some form of compensation if you were extremely dissatisfied with the food. Make sure to take pictures of any issues you had and send them with your complaint.
I believe there is. Most places seem to have internet these days. :)
