Had a great experience today. Welcomed promptly, with everything handled professionally.. The gentleman, Rudy I believe, made recommendations that I took... which turned out to be correct moves. And thank you for not embarrassing me about the state of my air filter... Was out of there quickly.. All in all, good.

Called after opening hours and got no one. Drive there and waited one car behind the one getting serviced for 10 minutes without a greeting or any kind of acknowledgment. Second Jiffy Lube this morning that had horrible customer service. Left like I did the Irvine location. Take your business elsewhere.
