Good service, decent food. About what you'd expect.

I have never received more worse service than I have coming to this Jack in the box. First time I came here they said they didn't honor the 10 strikeouts for the Dodgers the night before said they only honor it on Mondays so if the Dodgers don't pitch 10 strikeouts on a Sunday they're not honoring the jumbo Jack. Then I go there again order two tacos they give me cold ones so I called and complained. They said come back and get new ones so I did. Then the big Mexican lady tells me that she looked on the camera and said that they were timed perfectly which was an absolute lie because I barely went across the street and they were completely cold. So basically she called me a liar. Whoever is managing this is doing a poor job because their employees do nothing but disrespect their customers. I will no longer go to this Jack in the box because of the poor service.

Bad food, broken English employees. When I asked for a LG sprite they charge me for a LG Fry. Please tell me! Were is the similarity of the two items?

Staff was extremely polite took a while to get the food I thought they're making it fresh only one of the tacos was fresh the other three year old actually spit up second half of the third taco and gave up I think I'm off of Jack in the Box tacos now they clearly failed on lettuce
