I have phoned 6 times in last 10 days I can't speak to a live person nor receive replies from message I have left. I am out of my meds.Automated phone system is very frustrating and impersonal. When I walked into the office staff behind counter were chatting with each other while phones were ringing. Dr. Gallardo was great but not sure about the support staff.

I had an appointment with the place as a new patient through my insurance with Magnacare. It took almost a month to get my date with a doctor. I never received any before day confirmation call. I actually forgot I had an appointment. I was there at 9:00am for my 9:15am appointment I didn't know where to go. I called an a person doesn't answer the phone. It goes through voice prompts. It was 9:45am when I got a call back to reschedule another appointment. I did not feel welcomed or valued at the facility. I will take my health where I feel accomodated and prioritized

Excellent staff, short wait to see the MD. Doctor Magsino was very personable and took his time. He answered all my questions and didn't rush. I just moved to NJ so they also referred me to a Gastroenterologist. Very happy.

I love these Drs. They are always nice, their staff are extremely nice and helpful they are never rude. Dr Magsino always walks into the room with a smile on his face. And when your sick most times they can see you within the same day or at least the next day.
