Like many people, I find it hard staying consistent going to the gym. Regardless of paying for my membership month to month, I still continue to encourage myself to find time in my busy schedule. However, EVERY time without fail, I’ve return to this location after a couple months of falling off & the receptionist has something to say about how long I haven’t been to the gym. It’s extremely embarrassing and against the “No Judgement Zone” bs. Let alone publicly ANNOUNCING how many days I’ve been gone, leaving judging eyes from other people in my direction. Do better.

Went to get more information about being a guest and the person who helped was very helpful and explain, use the app when you have a guest because way tou are not harass or have to give out person information. It was very clean and smelled really good and great customer service. Make you feel like you are in a mo in star. The person said if need help with any of the machines let him know and will help you. I have a mother who has a little mobility, he told her that he could get her started on a machine and would check her often to make sure she was okay. Very clean and the parklot is clean as well.

Pretty nice gym. Not the biggest fan of assisted weights. Overall, clean gym, very friendly staff, I would recommend. Other people at the gym don't always abide by the gym rules (i.e. hoarding equipment in a corner). Membership is a pretty decent price too, no family pack options though. Not too busy either. Amazing staff, so nice.
