Another of bad things that have happened to people who lived there. So its a bad place to stay

Great place to get off the streets and possibly or at least consider getting life together. This is a harm reduction based facility so if trying to get or stay clean maybe difficult. As they do hand out needles and drug supplies, so unless you are super confident in your sobriety thus may not be the place. Other than that it's a new clean safe facility with case management on site. I highly recommend this place if you are in the street and not trying to clean it up yet but are thinking maybe. Other person maybe one that just isn't wanting to do different necessarily but the street is a health and safety risk to them or just plain sick of living outside, this place is for you. There are some mental health clients there that can be somewhat challenging to deal with. So don't expect to necessarily love your neighbors all the time. They do have provided meals as well as a nurse that comes on certain hours or with an appointment.

Very helpful, but not very forthcoming with information before you move in...
