Absolutely no common courtesy! Look forward to standing in line for 30+ min. Another 10 minutes waiting on overrides. Meanwhile 4-5 employees sit in offices. I counted 13 people in line behind me.

Only one teller working on Monday. A lady walking around asking the 7 people in line what they needed said that Bank of America intentionally staffs the teller line this way to motivate people to switch to other banks. Seems strange but that's what she said.

Horrible customer service. This branch had a line going out the door with one teller working. When I was next in line, a new teller came on and the existing one promptly closed her line still with people out the door. Other employees were walking around but nobody seemed to care about customers waiting in line. This is not the first time this has happened. I've been a customer for approx 20 years and overall service just keeps deteriorating.

Yes you can. I got euros a few months ago from this branch. You have to go on the online banking app and order foreign currency (search for this under Help & Support tab). Then have it delivered to this branch. It takes about 3 days and the branch will call you when they receive your currency order.
No they take the change and send it off and it gets deposited in you account a few days later
