We had a unique situation where the seal had broken on a window causing it to leak, but a previous owner had covered over the window with a cabinet. The team from SERVPRO expertly disassembled the cabinet and then went on to repair the water damage on the wall behind. Fortunately, there was only minor amounts of mold to clean up, but the team made sure to inspect every nook and cranny to be sure we wouldn't have problems in the future. They sealed off the area where they were working and kept the rest of the house pristine. Mona walked us through everything after her team completed the work to make sure we were satisfied and we also understood everything they had done. The team were so courteous and polite in addition to being hard working. They showed great attention to detail which made us feel great. We had thought about trying to get a handyman to do this work for us, but SERVPRO was definitely the right choice. So much so that we are finally getting the replacement window installed this week and are having SERVPRO come back to close in the sheet rock and reinstall the cabinet.

Mona was truly amazing, she came into a situation ripe with issues regarding landlord sketchiness and lies and provided an expert opinion / services that made everyone feel safe. Mona was so great, she came into my home after I had a flood and not only explained what would be going on, but set up equipment immediately upon inspection to make sure my home was dry as soon as possible.
