My insurance company recommended ServPro when I had a major roof leak. They found mold and in further inspection for damage found that I had sewage under my house as well. They moved out all my furniture and belongings and OK cleaned everything up. Marlin was extremely helpful. He made recommendations to me and went out of his way to accommodate me. Servpro was recommended by State Farm Ins. I assumed the worst since I wasn't there to watch the job. Jazmin was our contact and she made the experience as good as could be. I felt like she was on our side and helping us think through all the problems. I emailed with her constantly and she would get back to me immediately. The job also involved rebuilding the area that was destroyed by water damage and they did an excellent job. Jazmin gave me choices of flooring and clearly stated the prices. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
