I’ve been trying to call this office for 3 days in a roll and it’s just keep telling me the lines are busy and hanging up call all day from the time they open to the time this closed and still nobody answering

My pediatrician ( who is also my children's dr) is finally is retiring - and I was given a list to call and set my children up with a new doctor. I called this practice and was told to contact a family physician due to the age of my children. I called a pediatrician - because I wanted a pediatrician - not advice from a office worker who doesn't know my children or their medical history. I asked was I being denied service - and was told no - but couldn't be seen for months. I chose this facility based on the reviews - so I wanted to ensure my review was notated. The staff was not thorough and I was casted aside. I do not recommend them for new patients. I guess I wasn't enough long term business for them to care.

The doctors and nurses are very helpful and informative, you can tell that they love their careers. The front office staff needs improvement, the lack of urgency with handling time sensitive documents has caused way too many issues time and time again.

Switching to Piedmont pediatrics was the best decision we have made for our son. The staff have been so kind and caring and Dr. Ramgoolam is absolutely wonderful. I feel He truly cares about the well-being of my baby and any question or concern I’ve had he’s been right on top of. I can not say enough good things about this place. It’s night and day difference from the pediatric office we were at previously.
