Not professional I don't think they care about the kids just not a good pediatrics for any child they so quick to turn kids away plus they didn't even reach out to let me know it was time for my boys to be updated on shots

Needed to make an appt for my daughter and the lady refused to give me an appt. She said i needed yo call back on the day i could come in. Who does that? I work I cant just up and leave work with out putting in a time request off 24 hr prior. Their policies are so stupid!!
