I’m so grateful that my insurance company recommended that I contact the Westlake Servpro office to assist with a water damage & mold claim I recently had to file. I was stuck in a situation where my roof was leaking and a giant bubble formed in my ceiling that filled with contaminated water and eventually popped - releasing its contents all over mine! When it rains, it pours - and I was completely overwhelmed with the process of trying to determine what to do and who to trust to do it. Fortunately, the local ServePro team really live up to their name by exemplifying Service and Professionalism. The umbrella of services that they offer combined with their extensive knowledge took all of the guess work and anxiety out of the process for me. They were very responsive and offer a personalized service. Thank you Dan for your expert guidance on the overall process from behind the scenes and I felt very comfortable having Jessie and his team on the ground in ny home handling my belongings and navigating this process with me.

I had a leaky pipe in the bathroom witch let to some damage to the walls and some mold. I called Servpro of Westlake to take care of my bathroom leak. They are very professional and great customer service. Would definitely recommend them.
