Last summer it was absolutely delightful living here. The grounds were well kept, maintenance was quick and courteous and there was a lot of care and consistency with the offices communication. They were engaging residents, and really making it a fun time even with COVID still being a bit present. This year, wow what a different story. They did a porch decorating contest and the prize was a $5 gift card to Andy’s custard across the street. Pride Month pool party? Not a chance. 4th of July event? No way. Resident engagement: 0% Here at Weston Point apartments, the trash situation is getting a bit absurd. My wife and I have been living here for a year and a half now and this summer has by far been the most revealing with regard to their standards (lack thereof) and managements absolute mismanagement of the facilities. We pay $1400+ and you’d think that with pricing at that rate+ per unit, they’d figure out how to manage their budget. Operationally, they need help and have so far refused to take action. With issues at the property ranging from multiple malfunctioning sprinkler lines which gush gallons per minute - a cost for which residents are responsible as the water is included in the rent here - to notifications saying they won’t be addressing any maintenance requests that aren’t emergencies. Now the trash is piling up on a daily basis and one cannot pass through the center of the community without seeing piles of old dryers, mattresses, dishwashers, chairs and tables, mixed with garbage bags and boxes filled with maggots. This community has been approached on numerous occasions by vendors, including myself, to help resolve the situation including the bulk trash. The manager here (Lori) has no idea how to address these problems as is evident by their continued presence. Do not move here. The only reason I give them two starts is because they leave us the heck alone.

This feels more like Prison apartments. These guys have a problem with everything. I am apparently not allowed to keep anything in my patio, even though I am paying rent for the full apartment. The storage space that they provide is extremely small, can only fit like 2 boxes. The other day I had a broom on my patio, which I used to clean the patio floor with. It was kept in the farthest corner, hardly even visible. They also didn't allow that. Not sure why they provide patio in the first place. There's absolutely no freedom here. I have lived in 3 other communities in the same city and this is the first community to be so hell bent on things that are so small. I moved here because location-wise it's convenient. But planning to move back to the previous community I was living at. These guys are not at all friendly. Would definitely not recommend.

I lived here for 3+ years. I enjoyed living here and they had good maintenance. The only issue I'd here was a troublesome neighbor and I requested to change houses within the apartment community for the same rent. But I did not get good support from the management. So I'm planning to move out of this apartment community after my lease ends

Enjoying the heat advisory going on? Imagine your AC breaking 4 times the last few months with no plans to replace it. Just promises that “it’s fixed” The office discriminates against certain residents constantly. Fights at the pool by underage people drinking. No one monitors the pool or the cameras for that matter. Children don’t feel safe going to the pool. Pool didn’t even open until the end of June simply because of laziness in the office and maintenance. The apartments are old and yes they update some features but the windows leak, the AC units fail constantly, the office prohibits anyone from having political signs on their patios. Had an emergency leak in the apartment and it was pouring down on the downstairs neighbors. Emergency maintenance didn’t come for TWO HOURS. Some lovely woman threw her bong at her boyfriend and damaged a bunch of property. Just a wonderful place to live…….
