I would give them less than a star if I could, they don't deliver mail which is their only job. They'll say they attempted a delivery that they didn't and force you to go to the post office to pick up your package in person.

No you can't only some post office allow you to do that. If you leave on the bronx the one on 149 Grand concourse.
