Dr. Kramer is an excellent doctor. Exams are thorough. I rated this only as a 3 because his staff are rude,and nasty. Even when they are wrong ( example - making an appointment and when you go..you are not in the computer) and they are still right!!! They are not professional at all. They scheduleing needs to be improved. 2 hours to see the doctor. Something isn't right!!!

You call the office Staten Island Opthalmology on Victory Blvd. Early is better because they close early sometimes.

I got shot in my eye with a kids toy nurf gun on Saturday. Now my eye has slight pain, & hurts when light, even light from my cell phone hits it. Should I go to an eye specialist for an exam, or regular doctor?

You should see an ophthalmologist as soon as possible, but if none is immediately available, you could go to an urgent care clinic.
