Very disappointed... I received new insurance a I am no long covered for previous dentist of 15 + years. I usually look forward to my 6th month cleanings. During this visit, however, I didn't get much of a cleaning....my time in the chair took about 3min total (seriously not an exaggeration). A usual cleaning takes at least 15 min... they didn't even use all the usual tools to check for cavities. Very strange.. Will be changing dentists.

If I could give a zero I would. This office is super dirty and nasty. The manager there FRAN is horrible and shouldn't be allowed to work with patients/public. This office should be closed immediately.

I am convinced this place is a money-laundering scheme. I went here for a couple of appointments in which each of my appointments lasted no longer than 10 minutes. Every concern I had such as a black spot, my tooth looking caved in were written off as "discoloration". I switched dentists and went to a different dentist today and she told me I have 8 cavities, decalcification in my teeth, white spots, and the beginning of gum disease. my last appointment at the Bayside Dental Group was 6 months ago, things such as the decalcification were things I have brought up as a concern and he said it's just discoloration and not to worry about it. I'm very upset I ever wasted my time here and preventable issues have gone years without treatment because of this establishment. That is all :)

Fran at the front desk was very rude and called me me “funny” because I didn’t agree with the price I was quoted ( $5100 for 2 implants). Charged me $150 as the consultation fee without first discussing how much the actual treatment would cost. Total scam. Should have went with my gut and cancelled this appointment. Something is weird about the office as a whole. When I asked to speak with an office manager, or the dentist- Fran became even more defensive and and aggressive. She was laughing at me, yelling at me and told me she was also the office manager and “too bad” for me. She Continued to yell at me because I didn’t agree with my treatment plan. Do not go to this office it is a scam. What’s worse is I kept politely asking to speak with the dentist or the periodontist or an office manager. I just wanted to review some other less expensive options that would fit into my budget but she refused and kept calling me names, saying if I can’t afford the work that’s not her problem. Is this how people should be spoken to? It’s a shame, if she would have just calmed down and spoke with me like a human being or let the doctor speak to me, the whole situation would have been different. They should not allow this type of behavior from employees. I will never return to this office again and I will tell as many people as possible about this experience.
