I came in here place is short of staff no manger I got skipped in line and noone knows what's going on really sad . In order to check in to open an account u have to talk to security for him to put you in line if you don't know this then u you'll be skipped opening a checking account . If they only had a ticket to get in line but I guess the bank has no money to manage a line. ....

I used to work as a bank teller for years at several different banks. Let me tell you - this one is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service and wait times. Majority of their bankers and higher up staff walk around the bank like puffed up peacocks with a thick aura of self importance. They're super uptight, stuck-up and not personable whatsoever. Only the security guards act friendly, cool and down to earth. The ATM machines are right in front of a see through window - giving passerbys a perfect view of you and the cash you're depositing or withdrawing - your whole transaction is on public display. Where is the respect for people's privacy and safety? Put up some privacy screens at least! One of the bank tellers had a noticeably forced, artificial ear to ear smile plastered on her face for the entire duration of my interaction with her. Another teller I dealt with had almost one inch long artificial eyelashes and an attitude. Their banker/customer service rep was an Asian woman in her 50/60s who tried to talk me into closing my bank account just because I had a low balance at the time and then went started pushing me getting a credit card. After I told her I don't do credit cards she still continued talking about it. Took a long time to be serviced. One banker manipulated me into opening a savings account when I didn't really need one with promises of earning money. Turned out that earning was a useless $5/year. He just used me to fulfill his monthly quota and wasted an hour of my time with a bunch of paperwork. So unethical. I used to be with Chase and had a way better experience there. Planning to leave this ridiculously dreadful bank and return there. This TD branch ruins my mood most times when I go there. Very unpleasant experience and I've been coming here for years. Their whole so-called fun, fresh, and friendly vibe is just a facade. You can tell most of their staff hates working there by their demeanor and most are full of themselves and act like they're better than those they serve. I hope this branch will close for good. Its employees have zero people skills and don't deserve their jobs.

Yes. If the actual notary isn't there, then the bank manger can sign documents with the notary stamp.
Unfortunately not. TD Bank discontinue the coin counting machine some months ago
