Manager is rude. Acts like an entry level associate. He was standing in front of pallets on his phone texting. I greeted him, no getting back. He continued to txt. Asked him where an area was. He slowly looked up like I don't have to answer anything I'm the manager. Then stated he wasn't sure. I am a General manager of a hilton. Its utterly ridiculous and pathetic how beyond low level professionalism they strive for. The store is arranged very odd compared to other locations. .

Wow what's up with people these days. Your customer service and electronics department was extremely rude. First off, I get corrected in a snarky way for calling the electronics department "technology." Like come on, you knew what I meant. Then ~electronics~ didn't answer after three tries. Once they finally answered, I was asking to see if they had anything that would charge my macbook and their response was "not unless it fits an ipad charger." So I asked if they could check to see if it was a USB-C charger. They then sighed and didn't say anything as they got off the phone to check as if it was a major inconvenience to go do their job. Just turn off the phones in the first place if y'all don't want to help your customers.

The guy that takes care of the electric carts was very nice to find me one that works. Then Sarina in womans went out of her way to help me. Then Robert in men's helped me and found a belt that I did not even know was there. This was the best experience I have ever had at any Walmart.

There wore no carts anywhere on either side of the building. Shelves empty everywhere!! Pallets and cart all over the floor!! The bakery wasn’t open but that was full of carts as will. Shame on that store manager and the managers in this store for letting it look like that! I’ll go somewhere else #walmart
