This was my third time visiting and the first two times were great, but not the third time. Took my entire family and we had other family with us who paid separate checks. We were having a great trine sitting on the bar side until we got called out over the mic from the bartender that customers need to do more than leave a certain amount of tip on a bill. How dare they!! First off, I just gave you plenty of business and paid a 15 percent tip on poor customer service from our waitress and my meal was horrible but I never complained and paid for it. Next to you embarrass customers, know you’re losing business and that this will passed on. I paid a 25 percent tip on my previous visit but that doesn’t get mentioned. Farewell Roma as we won’t be back!

I really enjoyed this place!! I ordered a spicy burger and it was delicious. It's actually very spicy which I was happy about. The place is a dive but in a very good way!! The complimentary toothpicks killed me and I loved it. The bartender was also so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She actually made the suggestion for the burger and onion rings! I got some cider that they had on tap also at the suggestion of the bartender and it didn't disappoint. Hell yea I'd go back!
