We walked in to a very short line, but still stood there unhelped and unacknowledged for 15+ minutes while they filled online orders. When I was finally asked what I wanted, the employee still built 3 or 4 online orders before finally making mine. It took so long to get my food, I could no longer eat at the store. When I got back to the office, the sandwich was sloppy and the lettuce was brown. I won't be visiting this location again any time soon.

Subs are very inconsistent for the price. One time they are really good then depending on the person in the flat grill the sandwich sometimes seems to be lacking on ingredients. Time to start brown bagging It because Subway is no better.

Love the subs, best around. I have to add during a recent days long power outage after an ice storm in early January, this, Jersey Mike's was the only restaurant w their doors open and a warm room. The two guys worked their butts off putting together Mike's way subs wout a break and the line wrapped around back to the door!

Ordered Chicken Philly with just ranch. Open it had all kinds of toppings I didn't ask for, take it back and he said was my mistake I should have said no other toppings...I said I did, I ordered with just provolone and ranch. He made me another one, get home and open and it was horrible looking! Looked like steak kinda, but lighter brownish color...definitely NOT chicken. I just gave up and threw it in trash! Never going back!
