I had went to this gym several times with my friend as a guest, I decided to get a membership with them and was told that me and my friend would both get a free month because he referred me. I was also told I could bring guests in to use the equipment but was never informed my guests would have to pay the normal $10 fee. I assumed my guests would have free admission because I had went with my friend multiple times and never got charged. I brought a friend in with me and the associate, Tori Riggs asked for her membership and then asked for $10 after we told her she didn’t have one. I gave her the money and me and my friend worked out, and I woke up and had been charged $24.99 from anytime fitness, when two weeks ago I paid $84.99 and I’m supposed to get a free month. I called and asked about it and Tori told me that my friend gets his free month now but they don’t know when I’m getting mine. So I asked about my cancellation policy because I realized this membership isn’t all I thought it was, and she told me that it would be over $900 dollars to cancel under my contract terms, when I haven’t even had this membership 3 weeks. We got off the phone and my dad called and spoke to her, explaining that my contract terms were already broken because I was charged $110 in the span of 2 weeks, and she told him that my free month would be in April and hung up on him, and refused to answer any following calls. I’ve received bad service throughout my experience and feel that I’ve been lied to. I had to reach out to corporate to get in touch with the owner, they took my information and said they’ll give it to him. I still have had no response and at this time I just want to be done with this gym without being charged 900 dollars.

Its a great gym with an outstanding community. Being former military I have worked out in gyms all over the world and never have felt as at home in a gym as I do here and that is all because of the members and staff.

I love this gym! Great atmosphere, lots of useful machines, not crowded at all, and the staff are amazing! Miles and Dirk are extremely helpful and offer very great advice. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

Everyone is so friendly when you come in. All the equipment is easy to use. If you have any questions Eddie is always willing go help. The only downside is I pay 40+ a month, and yes I understand I can go workout at any time, but there isn't a pool and it's more expensive vs other gyms in the area. The upside to that is the people are much friendlier than say the YMCA. The atmosphere is more positive and you feel like the staff is there for you - that's worth the extra money in my opinion. They help you come up with a plan to reach you goal and if you fall off they call you and talk to you, helping you get back on track.
