By far the worse service. Very unpleasant and unprofessional employees here. The wait is horrendous and extremely slow plus. Only one person at the window when there's 7 empty stalls. It's crazy that we're in 2022 and businesses like this are still operating

When you call they hang up on you because they don’t understand English properly. You can easily verify this by reading their responses. The owner responds by referring to disabled persons as “handicapped “ and allows his employees to answer the phone and people rudely. “Disabled persons” (not handicapped!) have the right to receive DISABLED parking permits without a valid ID when a doctor states it on the application. Especially in these times when disabled persons can’t renew their ID due to COVID and age. Although a 93 year old had the paper work correctly filled out, with a doctor signing off on the ID waiver, she was hung up on the telephone when she called to explain her situation so she could send a family member to get her permit. No ethics from this company; whether on the phone or in person. Dirty sleazy business with horrible customer service. Is no coincidence that many say so in their reviews. This business is not up to American standards. It is run like a 3rd. world country business.

I believe everyone has its own experience. One lady among them is like a fairytale. And I was lucky to make business with her. Unfortunately I don't know her name to tell her here how appreciative I am. (I'm newbie and before taking this service I've read all the comments) She is about 50, and she is... like mum, patient, kind and supportive with all necessary information. May be I'm blessed. But thanks to that lady - she made my day

Hi go to any tag agency with your license and your registration and tell them you need your car title
