Too bad because before it was a good bank to serve its customers, now everything has changed. Bad attention . They do not attend you unless it is by appointment and to schedule an appointment there is for 5 to 10 days later. I went for an emergency loss of money from my account and they did not want to attend to me. I phone the bank and they tell me that I have to go to a branch. At the branch they don't want to see me after I make an appointment that would be in 10 days. Worst . 😕 very disappointed 😞
