I have called the office several times the last two weeks for my prescription refill. No one has returned my phone calls. CVS attempted to contact them three times last week. Again no return phone calls. This office is very unprofessional and doesn't seem to care or respect their patients.

I needed to be tested for penicillin allergy, and I went to Dr. Krol for that. I've read the other reviews, but I actually had a great experience at this office. It took forever to get an appointment (thanks, Covid!) but once I finally was able to start the process, it went smoothly. Everyone in the office was kind to me and explained things well. The process (the testing occurs over a period of like 3 weeks) went according to how it had been explained, and the wait time was never large.

This is the worst office I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone. They never return calls regardless of how messages you leave. I have severe life threatening asthma therefore I cannot be without my maintenance medication. EVEVER SINGLE TIME, not once, not twice but every single time I run out of refills the pharmacy contacts them and they do not respond. I went without for an entire week and during that time period I kept calling with no response. I asthma kicked in big time and kept having attacks. I finally went to the office and asked for my medical records so I could change doctors. The receptionist was so nasty and rude! It was a bother to look for the envelope with the copies of my records so she got annoyed. I told he I’m done! Goodbye! Do yourself ya do stay away.

I suffer from severe food allergies and this is the worst Allergist I have ever been to. I have been a patient of Dr. Kroll since April and honestly it is impossible to get in contact with their office as nobody ever answers the phone and when you do get in contact with them they always give you a run around. Been getting their services since April it is now almost November and I have been told several times they wanted to put me on allergy shots and still nothing.
