The experience was mid. I bought a pair of eye glasses and Navigator shades from Paul on September 2020 through FSA “use it or lose it”. The pairs were EXTREMELY expensive, even for the eyewear industry, which is notoriously expensive anyway, because only two weeks later in and the screw joints for the eye glasses weakened and did not stay in place. You can get them tightened for free but why would I want to keep going in and waste my time doing that? Both glasses’ styles were cute, so were all the rest of the frames in the store, but certainly not to die for tbh. I was so surprised I still had to pay a few hundreds OVER my full FSA account (which was about $1200 to begin with). Paul was also a little pushy during my short 30 minute appointment I ended up ultimately feeling remorseful and not happy with my purchase after the fact. I just now called him to ask if there any free repairs for some scratches in the Navigators, and he said I’d have to buy new lenses. Not doing that for shades that are a little ugly and I barely wore within the past two years. I honestly would have been much happier with going with a brand like Warby Parker. I don’t recommend this one. *Photo is of the frames that I actually liked but became loose at the joints after two weeks*
